LOS Dokkum is a ‘last-one-standing’ event. Within the hour, participants run a lap of exactly 6.706 km and use the remaining time to recover. Because before you know it, the next lap begins, and this continues until only one runner remains. Day and night, every hour.
As the actual distance covered may vary for each participant, we ask you to state this in the order notes. We will then include this on the poster.
