Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Yes! Once your order has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. It is possible that this email may end up in your SPAM folder. Please check this carefully.
After placing your order, we will start working on your poster. If you have made a mistake (when personalising your poster), please e-mail us as soon as possible with the subject line “URGENT” and your order number. We will do our best to respond immediately and adjust your order. As long as your order has not yet been processed, we can make the adjustment.
We aim to deliver your order to our external carrier(s) within 3-4 working days. Once we have delivered your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been completed. This email may end up in your SPAM folder.
If your order is delivered to you as a parcel (this is the case when your order contains at least one poster measuring 300x400mm or larger), your track and trace code will also be included in this confirmation email. Once we have delivered your parcel, it is your responsibility to check the track and trace code regularly. If, for any reason, the parcel delivery service has been unable to deliver your parcel to the delivery address you specified, the track and trace code will show where you can still collect your parcel.
In general, envelopes and parcels are delivered to you the day after we hand them over to our external carrier(s). Please note that delivery of your order may take longer around public holidays due to high demand. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.
Netherlands
No shipping surcharge will be charged for orders over €70 with shipping within the Netherlands. For orders up to €70, a shipping surcharge will be charged. This amounts to €5.90 for shipping by parcel post (sizes 300 x 400 mm, 400 x 500 mm and 500 x 700 mm) and €3.90 for shipping by letterbox post (sizes 148 x 210 mm and 210 x 300 mm).
Belgium

All payments are processed via Mollie payments. We accept various credit cards, iDEAL, Bancontact and Klarna. VVV Gift Cards can also be used for payment.

The posters from our webshop are available in four sizes:
- 148 x 210 mm – 300 grams (only Cols (Cycling) cards are available in this format)
- 210 x 300 mm – 160 grams
- 300 x 400 mm – 160 grams
- 400 x 500 mm – 160 grams
Please note: the smallest size (148 x 210 mm) is supplied in card form on 300 grams paper.
The “CUSTOM” poster is available in three sizes:
- 300 × 400 mm – 160 grams
- 400 x 500 mm – 160 grams
- 500 x 700 mm – 160 grams

The cards and posters are printed on Conqueror Vergé paper (white), which has a classic, fine line structure.

148 x 210 mm – 300 grams (card)

No. The posters (and cards) are delivered without frames. Tip: the frames we use for the photos on social media and our website are the “Lomviken” frames from Ikea.
New posters are added to the webshop regularly. Can’t find the poster you’re looking for? Please contact us by email and we will see what we can do.
If we estimate that there is regular demand for a poster, we will create it for you and add it to our webshop. Another way to get the poster you want is to order it via our “CUSTOM” module. This allows you to create a 100% custom-made poster based on a GPX file.
